Benefits : This stretches and tones the legs, knees, hips, pelvic muscles, and thighs. Additionally, the triangle pose removes stiffness, corrects minor deformities and encourages an even development in legs; strengthens ankles, neck, back, develops chest, rib cage, relieves neck sprains and backache. The regular practice of this yoga is health promoting.  Acidity is the world wide problem causing uneasiness and trouble in the life of people. It relates to the excess secretions of hydrochloric acid by glands present in our stomach.
•Clove and cardamom (ilyachi) when sucked give relief from acidity.
•Intake of cold milk helps relief from burning sensation caused by acid.
•Maintaining healthy lifestyle i.e. early to bed and early to rise reduces risk of secreting excessive acid in stomach.
•Usage of medicines like aspirin and antibiotics should be avoided. •Intake of cabbage and luffa juice helps in reducing acidity. •Onions and radish also promotes the secretion of hydrochloric acid. Hence they should be avoided.
•Avoid drinking water exactly before and after meals.
•It is highly advisable to finish dinner at least about 2-3 hours before going to sleep
